Dr. Rumph Biography
Dr. Paul Rumph grew up on the East Side of Detroit and graduated from St. Clemems High School in 1965. Before discovering chiropractic, he served in the armed forces and worked in the retail food industry.

Dr. Rumph was introduced to Chiropractic over 40 years ago while suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis. Though a coworker, Paul heard about Dr. James Kraft, a chiropractor in Centerline, who explained to him that his symptoms were the result of an underlying cause. He showed Paul that a nerve in his lower neck, that runs all the way down his arm, was being pinched and causing his problems. Paul was so impressed by this he began thinking about a career in chiropractic. He was at a time in his life where he was doing well because of hard work, but he wanted a career that would put meaning and purpose in his life as well as his fellow man.

After attending Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, Dr. Rumph returned to Michigan started Rumph Chiropractic Clinic on May 9, 1975. Since the opening over 30 years ago, Dr. Rumph has seen over 15,000 patients. Dr. Rumph has watched his clinic quickly grow at a time when society’s perception of chiropractic was negative. However now, as the clinic has grown and so has the voice of chiropractic. Chiropractic is the world’s largest all-natural healing profession. Millions of people have experienced the health benefits of improved body mechanics and quality of life.

Dr. Rumph and his wife Patti have been married for nearly 35 years and together have 3 children, Becky, Paul Jr., and B.J. Two of his children and his nephew have all followed in his footsteps, Becky and BJ and god child Ron currently practice at Rumph Chiropractic Clinic,. When not in the office Dr. Rumph enjoys being outdoors, either hunting and fishing or even mowing the lawn.

Dr. Becky Rumph Biography
Hi! I am Dr. Becky Rumph. I am a second generation chiropractor. My parents raised me with the premise that the body heals itself. Therefore, chiropractic first, medicine second, and surgery came last in our household. I have been fortunate that with ONLY chiropractic care, I have been able to remain health my entire life without the use any drugs or surgeries (including vaccinations and antibiotics)! Seeing how chiropractic kept my father’s patients and myself healthy and happy, I knew that I wanted to be a chiropractor when I got older.

I was born in Davenport, Iowa while my father was finishing chiropractic college. Before I was a year old, my family moved back to the state of Michigan. Our family lived in the Clarkston area, until I went to undergraduate college at Michigan State University. Because I knew that I wanted to be a chiropractor, I majored in physical education / exercise science to gain a better understanding of the human body. I graduated from MSU in 1996 and then moved to Marietta, GA, where I attended chiropractic college at Life University. In the fall of 2000, I graduated and moved back to Michigan to work with my father and the other doctors at Rumph Chiropractic Clinic. When I am not in the office, I enjoy working out, hiking, and snow skiing.

Dr. BJ Rumph Biography
Hello, I am Doctor BJ Rumph. I was born and raised in the Waterford/ Clarkston area. After high school I attended Oakland Community College, before moving to Marietta GA in the summer of 1998, to follow in the footsteps of my father and sister to study Chiropractic. After being raised with the philosophy of Chiropractic that the power that made the body, heals the body, I took great interest in how I can educate others to achieve the same wellness and health. I graduated in December 2004 from Life University and moved back to MI to practice with my family at Rumph Chiropractic. Outside of the office I enjoy hunting, fishing, golfing, or just being outside.
